Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. You will be notified before any auto-renewal takes place. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it at any time before the next renewal date — cancellations made after a renewal has been processed will take effect from the following billing period.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. Alternatively, you can contact us at support@fortivasport.com for assistance.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You will be notified before any remaining payment is collected.
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled at any time and receive a full refund of any deposit paid. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our returns policy.
EU Customers: If you are an EU customer, you retain the right to withdraw from a pre-order purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, even after fulfilment, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorise your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a specified period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. This time period will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
If you choose to return the item within the stated period, no charge will be made to your payment method. Once the time period has passed and the item has not been returned, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
