At Fortiva Sport, we are committed to delivering your activewear as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- UK: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, and customs processing delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll look into it.
If your order is not delivered within the agreed delivery window, you may be entitled to a full refund in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2. Shipping Costs
- UK: Free standard shipping on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 will have a shipping cost calculated at checkout.
- Europe and International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
3. International and EU Shipping
We ship to select countries internationally, including across Europe. Please note that as a UK-based store, shipments to EU countries are now subject to customs procedures following the UK's departure from the EU.
International and EU customers should be aware that their order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs authority's website for guidance before placing an order.
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday). We do not dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Please follow the instructions provided by the courier.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply in this case.
6. Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order — such as missing, incorrect, or damaged items — please contact us as soon as possible at support@fortivasport.com.
Please note that your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by any internal reporting timeframes. In particular, you have the right to reject faulty or misdescribed goods within 30 days of receipt. If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us regardless of when you noticed the issue and we will work with you to resolve it.
For damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo where possible to help us resolve your query as quickly as possible.
7. Lost Parcels
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your parcel is marked as lost, please contact us at support@fortivasport.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Most investigations are completed within 5–10 business days. If your parcel is confirmed as lost, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address carefully when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@fortivasport.com. We will do our best to update your details if the order has not yet been dispatched.
9. P.O. Boxes
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a full street address when placing your order.
10. Packaging
We are committed to minimising waste. All orders are packed securely using eco-friendly materials to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
