Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can also enter your order number and email address above to look up your order status.

If no tracking link is showing, your order may still be being prepared. We dispatch within 1–3 business days. If it has been more than 3 business days since your order, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Tracking links can take up to 24 hours to activate after your order is dispatched. If your link still isn't working after 24 hours, please get in touch and we'll help track down your parcel.

UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch. European and international orders can take 7–14 business days depending on your location and local customs. You can check your tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery estimate.

We process orders quickly, but if you need to change your delivery address please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled.
