Refund policy

At Fortiva Sport, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer a smooth and straightforward return process.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. This includes sale items, such as those bought in our Black Friday sale.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

UK and EU customers: Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. You simply need to let us know within 14 days of delivery that you'd like to return your order.

• If your item is faulty or damaged, return shipping is free, and you'll receive a full refund.
• For all other returns, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. We'll provide you with a return label for your convenience.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• If you paid using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued in the same form.
• The return shipping fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Exchanges
We do offer exchanges! If you'd like a different size or colour, email support@fortivasport.com and we'll help you get started.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they are faulty:
• Clearance items clearly marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We will arrange a return at no cost to you and offer either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
